Custom orders will take longer for delivery. The projected delivery date will be included with your order confirmation. Some items that aren't custom may take a little longer as well. This includes lift chairs. Some items may be shipped right away if they are "in stock." This happens often, and your product selections will specify if it's in stock. If so, you know that means your order will be received within 3-5 business days.
Yes, you can. Please keep in mind that if your product is custom or not "in stock," expedited delivery will take place once the product is ready for shipment. Upgrading your shipping standards does not speed up the production process of your equipment.

The machine was easy to put together. Two of the black caps do not fit but they seem to be for aesthetics. My 6'2" and 230 pound husband is able to do this. His biggest challenge is getting his size 13 feet in the right spot so that he can share the weight between his shins and the seat. Either my tile floor is not level or the machine is a little not level. I have to make sure it doesn't roll even when the wheels are locked. One wheel sometimes ends up not touching the floor. I have a roll in shower and can roll it up there without him but when he is in it, I can't make it over the gradual hump. Still working on this. I am able to keep him home instead of in a facility. The advertising video on the website shows a belt that goes with this device for reinforcement and peace of mind. However, the company informs me that there is no belt. Please revise your video. I was counting on that belt to help me with him. Now I will make something that work. This is worth the price because it will save me money that I would have to spend at an assisted living facility. Hoping that he can maintain his upper body strength for as long as possible.
Nice strong massage action with a lot of variety settings. My only beef is that the instruction booklet is minimal so you'll have to figure it all out yourself. It took me a long time to figure out that the power cord plugs into the controller. We are all enjoying it now, though.
