1. Place support around the lower back area using both hands.
2. While holding the support in place over the stomach area, pull the inner belt (closest to the body) with the hook tab across the abdominal area to your desired tension and support level.
3. Lock down the ends of the outer belt by attaching the hook tab section across and down the opposite side of the belt.

This is a very firm and comfortable mattress. Not sure how it prevents bed sores, I am only on it for nighttime sleep. If this is like my old mattress, it will last for a very long time. I have had my hospital bed for 14 years with the same mattress, I just needed an update.

Bed review

I ordered an air flow bed for my paralyzed son. I ordered the wrong bed so when it came I reached out to customer service for a refund and reordered the correct bed protekt aire 6000. The rep was professional and process was very easy. The bed is very good quality and does everything it stated. We love it and would purchase from here again!!!

Worked great but installation instructions for motor not helpful

This hospital bed and bedding set are a great value. It went together well but the motor attachment instructions were not good and the online videos did not get the job done for us. We tinkered and figured it out. It was especially hard because the motor did not match the motor shown in the instructions or on the videos. Would buy again though.
